ole and responsibilities of Head –Production / Operations
Define and implement the company’s
manufacturing vision and roadmap
.
Develop short- and long-term strategies to support business growth.
Align manufacturing goals with corporate objectives and budgets.
Oversee day-to-day manufacturing performance across plants and facilities. Monitoring of root cause analysis of repetitive issues and implementation of solution
Ensure production targets are met with
high quality and efficiency
.
Establish and enforce
quality control systems
across all manufacturing units.
Ensure compliance with
legal, environmental, and safety standards
.
Oversee integration of digital tools for monitoring and analytics.
Encourage innovation in processes and product development.
Track KPIs such as yield, downtime, throughput, and cost per unit.
Implement technology-enabled quality assurance systems.
Engineering + MBA; operations specialization
Experience=12-15yrs
