ole and responsibilities of a Head of Process Improvement & Innovation
:
Develop and implement a
process improvement and innovation roadmap
aligned with corporate strategy.
Act as a change agent, embedding continuous improvement and innovation into the company culture.
Identify process inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks across manufacturing facilities.
Standardize processes across business units for scalability and consistency.
Drive continuous process improvement and lean manufacturing practices. Apply
Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TQM
to optimize processes.
Scout and evaluate
emerging technologies, tools, and practices
relevant to the business.
Pilot and implement innovative solutions (automation, AI, digital platforms, new business models).
Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation across subsidiaries.
Lead
large-scale transformation initiatives
that combine process redesign with innovation adoption.
Oversee project execution: planning, budgeting, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
Ensure measurable ROI and sustainable impact from transformation projects.
Drive organizational change by engaging stakeholders and securing buy-in.
Develop communication and training programs to support new processes and innovations.
Define KPIs for both process improvement and innovation initiatives.
Track efficiency gains, cost savings, customer satisfaction, and innovation outcomes.
Report progress and impact to senior leadership and the Board.
Partner with external stakeholders (consultants, technology providers, industry forums) to bring in fresh ideas.
Engineering + MBA; Lean Six Sigma
Experience=12-15yrs
