Qualification: BA in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience: 0–2 years in customer/technical support or helpdesk. Skills: ERP/POS/CRM knowledge, remote support tools (AnyDesk), strong communication. Location: Addis Ababa
2️⃣ Pre Sales Support
Qualification: BA in Business, IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields. Experience: 0–2 years in pre‑sales, customer engagement, or sales support. Skills: ERP/POS/CRM knowledge, product demos, negotiation, client engagement. Location: Addis Ababa
3️⃣ Software Implementer
Qualification: BA in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business. Experience: 0–1 years in software implementation or client onboarding. Skills: ERP/POS/CRM systems, databases, APIs, troubleshooting, willingness to travel. Location: Addis Ababa
4️⃣ QA Engineer
Qualification: BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems. Experience: 2 years in software QA/testing. Skills: Manual & automated testing, ERP/POS/CRM testing, bug tracking, test automation tools. Location: Addis Ababa
5️⃣ UI/UX Designer
Qualification: BA in Design, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience: 1–3 years in UI/UX design for web/mobile apps. Skills: Figma/Adobe XD, wireframes, prototypes, usability best practices, strong portfolio. Location: Addis Ababa
