Position 1: After Sales Support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, helpdesk services, or a similar position.
• Good understanding of enterprise software such as ERP, POS, CRM, or related systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer support requests efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of software systems, databases, and remote support tools.
• Experience using AnyDesk or similar remote support software is an advantage.
• Fluency in Amharic and English. Additional language skills are a plus.

Position 2: Pre-Sales Support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, customer engagement, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of ERP, POS, CRM, and other enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations and client presentations is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of databases and APIs is an added advantage.
• Fluency in Amharic and English.

Position 3: Software Implementer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience in software implementation, technical support, or client onboarding.
• Knowledge of ERP, POS, CRM, Accounting, or Inventory Management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into software configurations.
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for implementation, training, and go-live support.
• Fluency in Amharic and English.

Position 4: QA Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Experience performing manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management, and test case development.
• Familiarity with automation tools, bug tracking systems, and version control platforms.
• Experience testing ERP, POS, CRM, or other enterprise software is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Position 5: UI/UX Designer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development is an advantage.

Position 6: Forex Cashier

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a good understanding of foreign currency exchange operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with foreign exchange transactions and inquiries.
• Accurately handle, count, and reconcile cash transactions.
• Verify banknotes and detect counterfeit currency.
• Prepare daily cash and transaction reports.
• Ensure all forex transactions comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
