1. IT Officer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive professional experience.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Windows Server.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Basic knowledge of databases.
• Experience with audiovisual systems, video conferencing, and display technologies.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to provide professional support to executive-level users.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

2. Senior IT Officer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience.

• IT infrastructure and systems management

• CCTV and security systems management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

3. Senior Legal Advisor

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Master’s Degree in Law is an advantage, particularly in Real Estate, Commercial, Corporate, or Business Law.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the legal field. Experience or exposure to the real estate sector is an added advantage.

4. Graphic Designer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of proven professional experience in graphic design.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience with digital and print production.
• Basic motion graphics and video editing skills are an advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work.
• Creativity and strong visual storytelling abilities.

5. Video Editor and Videographer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Cinematography, Film Production, Media, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in videography and video editing.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of cinematography, including camera operation, lighting, composition, and framing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of color grading and color correction.
• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation.
• Understanding of storytelling, scripting, and shot composition.
• Knowledge of audio recording, editing, and sound design.
• Familiarity with different cameras, lenses, gimbals, tripods, and other stabilization equipment.
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings.
• Ability to organize and manage video files and digital assets.
• Basic photography skills are preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems during production and editing.
• Awareness of current video trends and digital content strategies.
