Job Summary

The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to prepare fresh graduates for long-term career opportunities within the company. Successful candidates will receive practical training across multiple departments, work closely with experienced managers, and gain hands-on exposure to different business functions. The program aims to develop future professionals who are eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to building a career in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through various departments to gain practical business experience.
• Learn about company operations, management practices, and organizational policies.
• Achieve performance goals and objectives assigned throughout the training period.
• Monitor and report progress against assigned targets.
• Observe experienced employees to understand departmental procedures and best practices.
• Assist different departments with reporting, data entry, presentations, planning, and customer service activities as required.
• Participate in regular performance evaluations and training sessions.
• Successfully complete all components of the graduate trainee program to qualify for permanent employment.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.6.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
