Educational Qualification

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:

• Accounting
• Management
• Economics
• Business-related disciplines

Experience

• No prior work experience is required.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be graduates of the 2025 or 2026 academic year.
• Have a minimum CGPA of 2.75 for male applicants or 2.50 for female applicants.
• Score 50% or above (or Pass) on the National Exit Exam.
• Be 27 years old or younger.
• Knowledge of the local language and area of the selected district is an advantage.
• IFB (Interest-Free Banking) certification is an added advantage.
• Apply for only one district.

• Central District (Addis Ababa, Shaggar, Bishoftu, Woliso, Wolkite, Werabe, and surrounding areas)
• North West District (Bahir Dar, Gondar, Motta, Bichena, Benishangul-Gumuz, and nearby areas)
• Central East District (Adama, Batu, Asella, Robe Dida, and surrounding areas)
• North East District (Dessie, Mekelle, Kombolcha, Afar, and nearby areas)
• South District (West Arsi, Sidama, Wolaita, Dilla, Borena, Guji, Halaba, and surrounding areas)
• South East District (Bale and nearby areas)
• South West District (Jimma, Tepi, Wollega, Gambella, Bedele, Gore, Metu, and surrounding areas)
• East District (Dire Dawa, Harar, and surrounding areas)
• Somali Region (Jigjiga, Gode, and nearby areas)
