Position 1: Grade 3 Branch Manager

Educational Qualification

• BA/BSc or MA in:
  • Management
  • Accounting
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Economics
  • Statistics
  • Engineering
  • Related fields

Experience

• 8 years (BA/BSc) or 7 years (MA) of relevant insurance experience.
• At least 2 years as a Grade 3 Upcountry Branch Manager.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Marketing and sales skills.
• Team leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong computer skills.
• CII Certification is an added advantage.

📍 Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Grade 4 Branch Manager

Educational Qualification

• BA/BSc in:
  • Management
  • Accounting
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Economics
  • Statistics
  • Engineering
  • Related fields

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of relevant insurance experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role or 3 years as a Senior Officer.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Good understanding of insurance products and services.
• Marketing and customer relationship skills.
• Leadership and team-building capability.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• CII Certification is advantageous.

📍 Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Contact Office Representative

Educational Qualification

• BA/BSc in:
  • Management
  • Accounting
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Economics
  • Statistics
  • Engineering
  • Related fields

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in insurance or the financial sector, particularly in marketing or related positions.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Marketing and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Good command of English.

📍 Duty Station: Jigjiga

Position 4: Driver I

Educational Qualification

• Grade 12 completed.
• Valid 3rd Grade Driving License or equivalent.
• Certificate or Diploma in Auto Mechanics is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Good time management.
• High level of discipline and responsibility.
