Role description

The general storekeeper is responsible for proper storage of the material purchased in the store and then issuing it to respective departments on approved requisition. It ensures that all inventory movements are posted into the ERP system (Business Central) and SIV/SRV are reported to finance regularly. It Ensures that the warehouse is kept safe from damage plus inventory are safely protected. It also is purchased by Generator on time.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Record all received and issued goods in ERP system (BC) and excel database and make daily reconciliation.
Prepare detailed movement of stock in the excel format and perform daily traceability of materials.
Develop strong relationship with Production team, Procurement team (and Supplier.
Manage daily operation of the warehouse with utmost flexibility.
100% utilization of ERP system (Business Central) to record all stock movements accordingly.
Ensure daily stock movement properly recorded in the excel data base and on ERP business central.
BA degree in accounting and finance or related field of study from a recognized university.
More than 2 years’ experience in FMCG sector.
Understanding of supply chain procedures (Order to Payment)
Technical skills: Arrange the Goods in order and label them.
Computer skills (ERP system Business Central, Navigating Outlook email, and Microsoft Excel).
Good communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
