Role description

We are seeking a commercially minded and creatively driven Digital Marketing Officer to own and elevate our digital presence. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for shaping strategy, producing high-impact content, and driving measurable growth across all digital channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and revenue targets.
Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing optimisation of integrated digital marketing programmes across all channels.
Evaluate and recommend emerging digital marketing technologies, platforms and methodologies to sustain competitive advantage.
Define standards, governance frameworks, and best-practice procedures for compliant and consistent digital marketing activity.
Content & Creative
Conceptualise and produce engaging multimedia content including photography, video, and graphic design that communicates the value of our IT solutions with clarity.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across relevant B2B and industry platforms.
Ensure rigorous brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and communications.
Digital Operations & Performance
Oversee the company website, ensuring regular updates, optimal performance, security, accessibility and search engine effectiveness.
Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across search, social and display networks.
Monitor, analyse and report on digital performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights that inform strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing Management, or a closely related field.
Experience
Minimum two (2) years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B IT services, systems integration, or technology solutions.
Proven track record in digital strategy development, multimedia content creation and corporate website management within an IT-focused environment.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design and creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity and equivalents.
Working knowledge of website management platforms, SEO principles, and web performance optimisation.
Competence in digital analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and paid advertising interfaces.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity concepts and related enterprise technologies.
