I. Job Summary
Conduct physical examinations, review medical histories, and interpret diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Prescribe and administer appropriate medications, explaining dosages and potential side effects.
Perform minor surgical procedures, stitch wounds, and administer injections.
Maintain accurate, detailed reports of patient records and comply with hospital and regulatory standards.

Career level: at least two years’ experience and one Medical Director Role in hospital setting
Duty base: SalaM Medium Clinic, Summit (Fiyel Kurt Bet, next to NOC Fuel Station)
Employment type: Full time
Salary: As per the scale of the organization
II. Minimum Specification
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in medicine
Minimum of 2 years proven experience and 1-year Medical Director role in a hospital setting
Valid professional license from the Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA).
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Leadership Skill
Problem Solving Skill
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills and knowledge
