1. General Administration Staff

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or relevant educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous overseas project experience is an advantage.
• Age: 25–35 years.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

2. Finance Officer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills.
• ACCA qualification is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Ability to work independently.
• Age: 25–35 years.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

3. Civil Estimation / Cost Engineer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in civil estimation, quantity surveying, cost control, or tender pricing.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, cost estimation, and unit rate analysis.
• Ability to prepare detailed unit rate analysis and rate build-ups.
• Good knowledge of construction material prices in the Ethiopian market.
• Knowledge of local prices for cement, reinforcement steel, sand, aggregate, concrete, hollow blocks, formwork materials, structural steel, pipes, and other construction materials.
• Knowledge of local labor rates, equipment rental costs, transportation expenses, subcontractor rates, and supplier prices.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to prepare cost calculation and rate analysis spreadsheets.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
• Experience in building, substation, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Experience with EPC, FIDIC, international projects, or major construction tenders is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience with Chinese or international construction companies is preferred.

4. Civil Technical Engineer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in civil construction, contracting, or consulting.

Required Skills:

• Strong AutoCAD skills and ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings.
• Ability to independently prepare method statements and construction methodologies.
• Ability to prepare quality plans and quality control plans.
• Ability to prepare HSE plans, risk assessments, and JSA/JHA documents.
• Practical experience in building construction, substation civil works, industrial buildings, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of reinforced concrete, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, and other civil construction activities.
• Experience with FIDIC, EPC, or international construction projects is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English, particularly for preparing technical documents.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Chinese contractors or international construction companies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Ethiopian construction practices, standards, and local project requirements is an added advantage.
