Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area from a recognized university or institution.

Experience and Competencies

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably within Cambridge or international curriculum settings.
• Strong understanding of Cambridge Curriculum standards and assessment methods.
• Experience preparing students for IGCSE and/or AS & A Level examinations is an added advantage.
• Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to effectively integrate educational technology into teaching practices.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and multicultural school environment.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• PGDT or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
• Cambridge teaching certification or related professional development training is an advantage.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, teamwork, commitment to student safeguarding, and continuous professional growth.
