1. Financial Controller

Qualification Requirements:

BA Degree in:

  • Food and Beverage Service
  • Hotel Management
  • Restaurant Management
  • Hotels and Tourism Management
  • Cooperative Business Management
  • Related fields

Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience
  • At least 2 years in managerial or equivalent capacity
  • Experience in large-scale catering institutions or 4/5-star hotels required

OR

MA Degree in related fields with:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • At least 2 years in managerial or equivalent position

2. Manager Finance – EH

Qualification Requirements:

BA Degree in:

  • Accounting
  • Accounting & Finance
  • Accounting Information System
  • Related fields

Experience:

  • Minimum 9 years of hotel/relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years as supervisor or equivalent

OR

MA Degree in related fields with:

  • Minimum 7 years of hotel/relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years in supervisory or equivalent capacity

3. Manager Procurement & Warehouse Management – EH

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:

  • Procurement & Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management
  • Purchasing and Supply Management
  • Logistics
  • Procurement Management
  • Management
  • Business Administration
  • Business-related fields

Experience:

  • BA: Minimum 9 years relevant experience
  • MA: Minimum 7 years relevant experience

4. Manager ICT – EH

Qualification Requirements:

BSc Degree in:

  • Computer Science
  • Computer Engineering
  • Software Engineering
  • IT-related fields

Experience:

  • Minimum 9 years relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years in supervisory or equivalent position

OR

MSc Degree in IT-related fields with:

  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience

5. Head Human Resources

Qualification Requirements:

Qualification Requirements:

BA/BSc Degree in any field of study.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years in supervisory or equivalent capacity

MA/MSc Degree with:

  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience
  • At least 2 years supervisory experience

Additional Requirement

  • Knowledge of Ethiopian working language and English is mandatory.
