Position 1: Finance Officer

Job Summary
The Finance Officer will oversee financial, administrative, and human resource activities for the "Roots of the Future" project. Working under the supervision of the Country Administrator, the successful candidate will ensure accurate financial management, donor compliance, budgeting, reporting, payroll administration, and effective internal control systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
- At least 4 years of experience working with international NGOs or humanitarian organizations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Peachtree, Sage 50, NP Square, or similar systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Position 2: Procurement and Logistic Officer

Job Summary
The Procurement and Logistic Officer will manage procurement activities, logistics operations, fleet coordination, warehouse management, office services, and security supervision. The role ensures that procurement processes comply with donor regulations while maintaining efficient supply chain operations across CIFA projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS are an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in procurement and logistics, preferably within an NGO.
- Experience managing support staff, drivers, warehouse personnel, and security teams.
- Good knowledge of donor procurement regulations, including PRAG, AICS, and Ethiopian procurement laws.
- Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Amharic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
