Finance Manager — Financial Accounting & Treasury

We are scaling up production capacity and growing, we need someone who can run the day-to-day finance operations with precision while supporting the FD on the bigger strategic picture.
What you'll own:
? Accurate accounting records and monthly management accounts
? Accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and treasury supervision
? Month-end and year-end closing
? Daily cash flow management and weekly cash flow forecasting
? LC openings, amendments, settlements, bank guarantees, and foreign transfers
? Tax compliance, statutory filings, and audit support
? Leading and developing the finance team, with strong internal controls
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, ACCA Part Qualified (Master's is a plus), and 5–8 years of accounting/finance experience — including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Manufacturing experience is preferred, and hands-on exposure to banking, LC operations, and treasury management is essential.
This is a role for someone who's comfortable owning the numbers, leading a team, and working closely with senior leadership in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
