The British Office Sudan, based in Addis Ababa, is seeking an experienced Finance & HR Officer (HEO) to manage both financial and human resource functions. The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, payroll, forecasting, recruitment, onboarding, and HR data management while helping ensure efficient business operations. Candidates with knowledge of Sudan's financial and human resource environment, or the ability to quickly develop this expertise, are encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Management, or another related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in finance, human resources, or business administration within an international organization, embassy, or private company.
- Excellent command of English with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership ability and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Good understanding of finance or human resource management, including modern people management practices.
- Candidates specializing in only Finance or HR must demonstrate a willingness and ability to quickly develop expertise in the other area.
Salary
USD 1,504.61 per month (subject to applicable taxes and statutory deductions).
