Engender Health is inviting qualified professionals to apply for the position of Finance and Grants Manager. The organization is seeking an experienced finance expert to support effective grant management, donor compliance, and financial oversight of programs implemented in Ethiopia.

Position: Finance and Grants Manager

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is an added advantage.

Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial management and grants management.
• Prior experience working in INGOs or donor-funded programs, especially those involving sub-grants to local partners.
• Strong background in auditing and donor compliance.
• Experience working with international donors such as foundations, USG, SIDA, EKN, and similar institutions is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to field locations when required.
