Position: Finance and Administration Officer
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications or specialized training in finance or accounting will be considered an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, administration, or related areas.
- Experience using accounting software and managing financial records is preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting systems or financial software is an asset.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
- Capable of working under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities.
