Fetno Derash Microfinance S.C. is a new financial institution in Ethiopia that is currently being established. It plans to deliver modern and technology-based financial services to people with low incomes, especially women, young individuals, and those who are not usually served by traditional banking systems.

Position 1: Field Savings Collector  

Qualification: A secondary school certificate (10+2 or 12) in Accounting or related fields, or a Level IV Diploma in Marketing, Management, or similar  
• Experience: 1 year for those with 10+2 or 12; 0 years for those with Level IV Diploma  
• Quantity: 2  
• Salary: As per the bank's salary structure  
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa  

Position 2: Junior Branch Customer Relation Officer  

Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields, or a Level IV Diploma in Management, Business, or similar  
• Experience: 1 year for those with a Bachelor's Degree; 2 years for those with a Diploma  
• Quantity: 2  
• Salary: As per the bank's salary structure

Position 3: Junior Branch Customer Service Officer (Cashier / Accountant)  

Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields, or a Level IV Diploma in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields  
• Experience: 1 year for those with a Bachelor's Degree; 2 years for those with a Diploma
