Enat Bank is seeking qualified individuals for several positions.
The bank was established by some of Ethiopia’s most influential visionaries and businesswomen. The founders aimed to create a bank that empowers women and offers excellent services to all customers.
Enat Bank provides easy access to domestic banking services, allowing customers to deposit and manage their money conveniently.
The minimum required for a deposit is just 10 birr. Enat Bank's international banking services cater to both individuals and businesses, offering standard commercial banking services with a special focus on the banking needs of women.
Position 1: Branch Manager Grade C
Key Responsibilities:
- Is primarily responsible for the overall performance of the branch.
- Engages in all operational activities of the branch as needed based on the workload.
- Ensures the branch delivers excellent customer service.
- Prepares an annual action plan and manages resources to achieve branch goals.
- Ensures the proper implementation of policies and procedures across the branch.
- Prepares and submits periodic performance reports for the branch.
Qualifications:
- A master's or MBA in banking, finance, accounting, business administration, economics, management, or a related field with 6.5 years of experience for male applicants and 5.5 years for female applicants.
Alternatively,a bachelor'ss degree in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience for male applicants and 7.5 years for female applicants, with at least 2 years in a customer services manager Grade B position or 3 years ina branchh accounts administrator Grade B position.

Position 2: Store Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares direct issue tickets.
- Prepares goods receiving notes.
- Records bin cards.
- Prepares and submits a weekly report to the immediate supervisor.
- Assists store officers in organizing the layout of items based on their nature and category.
- Prepares and delivers items to user departments and branches after the bank’s issue ticket is filled and signed.
- Performs any other related tasks as required.
- Must be trustworthy, hardworking, and cooperative with store officers, property officers, procurement, and finance teams.
- Exhibits a sense of belonging, honesty, and integrity.
- Focuses on customer needs.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A diploma, 10+3, Level III or IV, or higher in procurement and supply, purchasing, accounting and finance, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in the banking industry.

Position 3: Senior Treasury Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Receives and verifies treasury transaction documents and supporting evidence before processing.
- Processes treasury bills, government bonds, and other treasury investment transactions according to approved procedures.
- Executes and monitors RTGS (MT 103 and MT 202) transactions and ensures timely settlement of interbank transfers.
- Processes ECX settlement transactions and follows up on outstanding items.
- Monitors inward and outward cheque clearing activities and ensures timely settlement.
- Performs daily reconciliation of treasury accounts, ESX settlement, and treasury investments.
- Investigates and resolves outstanding items and reconciliation differences promptly.
- Maintains detailed records of treasury bills, investments, and other related transactions.
- Monitors the maturity dates of treasury investments and prepares renewal or redemption recommendations.
- Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Ensures sufficient funds are available to meet operational and regulatory needs.
- Coordinates with commercial banks, NBE, ESX, and other stakeholders on treasury matters.
- Maintains proper records and documentation of treasury transactions and provides explanations to users.
- Assists internal and external auditors, regulatory bodies, and others by providing authorized treasury-related information and documents.
- Supports, coordinates, and facilitates communication and collaboration among team members to achieve departmental and bank objectives.
- Performs any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with 5.5 years of experience for male applicants and 3.5 years for female applicants, including at least 2 years in a relevant Treasury Officer position.
