Kadisco Paint is inviting qualified and interested candidates to apply for the following positions in Addis Ababa.
Position 1: Executive I – Management Information System (MIS)
Education
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in MIS or a related field, including:
- Management Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Information Systems
- Software Engineering
- Data Science
- Business Information Systems
- Statistics
- Mathematics
- Other related fields
Experience
- Relevant experience in MIS, data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or information systems is preferred.
- Experience in sales and production reporting and analysis is highly desirable.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, FMCG, distribution, or similar business environments is an advantage.
- Practical experience preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports is preferred.

Position 2: Executive I – Receptionist
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in Business or another relevant field from a recognized university.
Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Front Desk Officer, or similar role.
- Experience working in a manufacturing company or established business organization is an advantage.

Position 3: Senior Executive – Standardization
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience in industries such as paint, chemical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or automotive.
- Certified Quality Engineer qualification is an advantage.
- QMS Auditor certification is desirable.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly within the paint or chemical industry.
Previous Experience
- 2–5 years of experience working as an executive in a manufacturing environment.
Required Competencies
- Strong people-management abilities.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
