Bellevue Hotel and Spa is a luxury hospitality and wellness hotel located near Diaspora Square (Megenagna), Addis Ababa. The hotel is known for its high-end accommodation, spa and wellness services, fine dining, and modern conference facilities. It is currently expanding and preparing to launch a new Japanese specialty restaurant, and is seeking experienced professionals to join its team.

Available Positions

1. Executive Chef

• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including 2 years in a 4 or 5-star hotel as Executive Chef

2. Marketing Manager

• Degree in Marketing Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including hotel industry experience

3. SPA Director

• Degree or diploma in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including leadership roles in wellness/spa services

4. Head Chef – Japanese Restaurant

• Culinary Arts qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including Japanese cuisine expertise and hotel experience

5. Sous Chef – Japanese Restaurant

• Diploma or TVET in Culinary Arts
• Minimum 3 years of experience, including Japanese cuisine experience

6 & 7. Chief Steward (Two Positions)

• Hotel or business-related qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Steward Supervisor or similar role in a star-rated hotel

8. Senior Cook – Japanese Restaurant

• Culinary Arts diploma or TVET
• Minimum 2 years of experience, with Japanese cuisine knowledge

9. Hostess

• Hotel or related field qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience

10. Restaurant Manager – Japanese Restaurant

• Degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience, including 1 year in a managerial role
• Strong English communication skills

11. Senior Bar Attendant (Bartender/Barman)

• Hotel operations qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Good English communication skills

12. F&B Cost Controller

• Qualification in F&B Cost Control or Hotel Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience, including supervisory role

13. Waitress

• Hotel operations or related qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Good English communication skills

14. General Maintenance Worker

• Technical qualification in relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel environment

15. IT Officer

• Degree in IT or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or similar organization
