Ethiopost is currently inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the following entry-level positions.
Position 1: Junior Sales Officer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in a relevant field.
Experience
- No prior work experience is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Promote and provide accurate information about Ethiopost's services and products.
- Support the sales team by preparing presentations, quotations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and assist in analyzing sales performance.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Junior Operations Officer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.Sc.) in a relevant field with no work experience, or
- College Diploma with TVET Level IV qualification and 2 years of relevant experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sorting, processing, and routing incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
- Support efficient mail processing procedures to improve speed and accuracy.
- Monitor and help maintain mail processing equipment.
- Coordinate the distribution of mail and packages to the appropriate recipients.
- Resolve delivery-related issues and mail discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international postal regulations.
- Stay updated on postal policies and operational procedures.
