Education

• BA or BSc degree in any field

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in dealing with people
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, computer systems, and database management software
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work full-time
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not mandatory
• Professional and presentable appearance
• Strong attention to detail
• Applicants should preferably be based in or around Sar Bet and nearby areas

Key Responsibilities

The Data Encoder will be responsible for:

• Accurately entering data into computer systems
• Adding, updating, maintaining, and deleting records in databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems
• Reviewing documents before and after data entry to identify errors or missing information
• Converting paper documents and invoices into structured digital formats
• Using tablets, applications, and other technology to manage data accurately
• Maintaining a professional appearance while representing the company
• Working with the research team to support accurate data encoding and reporting

Salary and Benefits

• Gross Salary: ETB 9,000 per month
• Transport Allowance: ETB 600 per month
