Right To Play is an international NGO that uses sports and play-based programs to support children and youth in disadvantaged communities. The organization focuses on improving health, building life skills, and promoting peace through structured play activities. It works in over 20 countries and trains youth leaders, teachers, and community volunteers to deliver “Sport for Development” programs that create positive social change.

Position 1: Driver

Job Purpose

The Driver will provide safe and reliable transportation services for staff, visitors, and project operations while ensuring full compliance with safety and organizational transport policies. The role also includes maintaining vehicle condition and supporting logistics activities when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe transportation for staff and visitors according to schedules
  • Ensure strict adherence to road safety and security procedures
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
  • Keep vehicles clean, roadworthy, and fully equipped with safety tools
  • Maintain accurate logs for fuel, mileage, and maintenance records
  • Report mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents immediately
  • Support logistics tasks such as document or supply delivery
  • Monitor road and security conditions during field travel
  • Ensure passenger safety at all times and follow emergency procedures

About You

  • High school diploma or vocational training
  • Valid driving license
  • Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and road safety rules
  • Ability to work in remote and challenging conditions
  • Basic English and strong local language skills

Position 2: MEL Officer

Job Purpose

The MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) Officer will support program tracking, data collection, analysis, and reporting. The role ensures high-quality data use to improve program performance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement monitoring and evaluation plans and tools
  • Conduct field data collection, surveys, and monitoring visits
  • Manage and update project data systems and dashboards
  • Support evaluations, baseline, and endline studies
  • Analyze data and prepare reports and insights for decision-making
  • Support learning sessions and document program outcomes
  • Train staff and partners on data collection and reporting tools
  • Strengthen accountability and feedback systems

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in development studies, social sciences, statistics, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of MEL or impact-related experience
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Experience with tools like Excel, Kobo/ODK, DELTA, or Power BI
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage)
