Available Positions

1. Director, District Office

Required Qualification

• MA, MBA, MSc, BA, or BSc Degree in Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields from a recognized higher learning institution.

Experience Requirement

• 11 years of banking experience for candidates with postgraduate qualifications, or 13 years for candidates with undergraduate qualifications.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Division Manager or equivalent leadership position.

Work Location

• Addis Ababa, Hosanna, and Hawassa District Offices.

2.  Director, District Office

Required Qualification

• MA, MBA, MSc, BA, or BSc Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Experience Requirement

• 8–10 years of banking experience depending on educational level.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Branch Manager III or in an equivalent position.

Work Location

• Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa District Offices.

3. Branch Manager IV

Required Qualification

• MA, MBA, MSc, BA, or BSc Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Experience Requirement

• 8–10 years of banking experience.
• Candidates must have experience as Branch Manager III or equivalent (2 years) or Branch Manager II (3 years).

Work Location

• Branches under East, West, South, and North Addis Ababa Districts.

4. Branch Manager III

Required Qualification

• MA, MBA, MSc, BA, or BSc Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Experience Requirement

• 7–9 years of banking experience.
• Minimum experience as Branch Manager II (2 years) or Branch Manager I (3 years) or equivalent role.

Work Location

• Branches under East, West, South, and North Addis Ababa Districts.

5. Branch Manager II

Required Qualification

• MA, MBA, MSc, BA, or BSc Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Experience Requirement

• 7–9 years of banking experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as Branch Manager I or equivalent position.

Work Location

• Branches under East, West, South, and North Addis Ababa Districts.

6. District IFB Business Supervisor

Required Qualification

• MA, MBA, MSc, BA, or BSc Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Experience Requirement

• 5–7 years of banking experience.
• Minimum of 2 years as Senior IFB Business Officer or equivalent position.

Work Location

• Dire Dawa and Adama District Offices.

7. Branch Internal Control Officer (Re-advertised)

Required Qualification

• BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum of 4 years of banking experience.
• At least 3 years in Banking Business Officer (BBO) or equivalent banking positions.

Work Location

• Werka Branch under Adama District.
