1. Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Summary

TECNO Ethiopia is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and improve digital marketing activities. The position focuses on increasing brand visibility, supporting product launches, engaging customers, managing digital campaigns, and analyzing marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Manage online content and digital platforms.
Support influencer marketing and paid advertising activities.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Develop engaging content to support brand and business objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, Information Technology, or related fields.
Digital marketing or social media certifications are an advantage.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign management.
Experience with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
Ability to use AI tools for content creation, research, and campaign planning.
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and competitor analysis.
