Position 1: DCS Engineer

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably working with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) in continuous process industries such as cement, power, or steel manufacturing.

Key Competencies

• Process control and optimization
• System maintenance and reliability
• Safety systems and process interlocking

Salary: As per the company salary scale

Work Location: Lemi Town, Ensaro Woreda, Amhara Region

Position 2: Equipment Administrator

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc./BA) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology (with industrial experience), or related fields.
• TVET Level IV or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, or similar disciplines is also accepted.

Experience

• 4–5 years of progressive experience in equipment asset management, maintenance planning, technical documentation, warehouse operations, or related industrial roles.

Required Skills

• Equipment asset registry management
• Technical document and blueprint archiving
• Equipment lifecycle monitoring
• Compliance, licensing, and certification management
• CMMS administration and data management
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks is an added advantage.

Position 3: Senior Production & Maintenance Engineer

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical/Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 6–8 years of progressive engineering experience in a cement manufacturing plant.

Required Skills

• Cement production process optimization
• Heavy equipment maintenance and reliability
• Energy efficiency improvement
• SCADA and CCR systems integration
• Shutdown planning and HSE leadership
