Position: Data Encoder (Zebidar)

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with a factory or industrial working environment is an advantage.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, label, organize, and maintain logbooks and other departmental records.
  • Archive letters, invoices, printouts, and other documents accurately and on time.
  • Carry out assigned tasks in compliance with the company's safety, quality, and sustainability standards while using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Identify missing or inconsistent data during data entry and promptly report issues to the immediate supervisor to ensure data accuracy.
  • Record quality control and non-conformity information in the designated data management systems.
  • Support administrative activities, including preparing employee clinic checkup forms, annual leave requests, and other office documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock usage and material movements.
  • Label, pack, and organize items for dispatch to project sites or external service providers, and properly arrange received materials.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of company documents and information.
  • Facilitate the transfer of paper documents between departments when required.
  • Enter and update data in the relevant information systems, process daily received items, and file documents appropriately.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the line manager.
