Position 1: Customer Service Advisor (Fixed-Term)

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Required Qualification

  • University Degree or Higher National Diploma.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is an advantage.

Required Skills

  • Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
  • Good selling and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of telephone and order booking systems.
  • Sound understanding of customer service operations.
  • Geographical awareness.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Position 2: Customer Service Tracing Advisor

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Required Qualification

  • University Degree.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Contact Centre, Customer Relations, or Tele-sales environment, preferably within the service industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional track and trace support to customers and the DHL network.
  • Resolve service-related issues efficiently.
  • Improve service recovery and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver high-quality customer support while meeting performance standards.

Position 3: OFR Team Leader

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Required Qualification

  • Degree in Logistics or an equivalent field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant freight forwarding industry experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations.
  • Experience in ocean freight and customs procedures.
  • Planning, organizing, and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using CargoWise software.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
