• Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.

  • Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Strong attention to detail.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience in or familiarity with the IT/Technology industry is an added advantage.
