Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and representing the Solveit brand with enthusiasm.
Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Support sales and marketing initiatives by identifying customer needs and pitching relevant tech solutions.
Maintain clear, active, and professional communication across various channels (phone, email, and chat).
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of a
Diploma in Marketing
(or a related field).
Experience:
Minimum of
1 year of professional experience
in Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.
Traits:
Highly active, energetic, and possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech Savviness:
Previous experience or a strong familiarity with the
IT/Tech industry is a major plus!
