Position 1: Contract Administration & Customer Relationship Manager

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is an added advantage.
  • Candidates should have experience in contract administration, customer service, executive assistance, administrative support, or sales support.
  • Good knowledge of real estate sales procedures and contractual requirements.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to handle several tasks at once.
  • Ability to work with confidential information professionally.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and contract management systems.

Position 2: Contract Administration & Customer Relations Officer

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in real estate is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in contract administration, customer service, administrative support, executive assistance, or sales support is preferred.
  • Understanding of real estate sales processes and contractual responsibilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage sales contracts and other related documents.
  • Make sure agreements are properly reviewed, approved, and signed on time.
  • Work closely with legal advisors and other departments during contract processing.
  • Keep accurate records of contracts, renewals, amendments, cancellations, and correspondence.
  • Track payment schedules, contract deadlines, and other important milestones.
  • Process contract amendments, renewals, and cancellations when necessary.
  • Prepare official letters concerning payments, property delivery, and other client requests.
  • Act as a key contact person for customers from the initial inquiry through after-sales service.
  • Follow up on outstanding customer payments and provide updates to management.
  • Explain contract conditions, payment schedules, project progress, and delivery timelines to customers.
  • Respond professionally to customer questions and complaints through phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and support customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback and share relevant information to help improve services.
  • Prepare reports covering contract progress, sales activities, payment follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that contracts and related activities follow company policies and applicable legal requirements.

Position 3: Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-handling ability.
