1. Junior Office Engineer

Educational Qualification:

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in the construction of high-rise buildings.

Required Skill:

• Strong communication skills.

2. Quantity Surveyor

Educational Qualification:

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management (COTM), or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in high-rise building construction.

Required Skill:

• Strong communication skills.

3. Contract Administration Assistant

Educational Qualification:

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in high-rise building construction.

Required Skill:

• Strong communication skills.

4. Sales Person

Educational Qualification:

• BA Degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a real estate company.

Required Skill:

• Strong communication skills.

5. Cashier Accountant

Educational Qualification:

• BA Degree or Level IV Diploma in Accounting or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or cashier-related roles.

Required Skill:

• Strong communication skills.

6. Senior Accountant

Educational Qualification:

• MA or BA Degree in Accounting and Finance.

Experience:

• MA holders: Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• BA holders: Minimum of 7 years of experience.
• At least 3 years must be in a senior accountant or equivalent position.

Required Skill:

• Strong communication skills.

7. Purchaser

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum of Grade 12 completion.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of purchasing experience in a construction company.

Required Skill:

• Strong communication skills.
