Coffee Cleaning Operator

Position: Coffee Cleaning Operator
The coffee cleaning section of Abebe Mulugeta Genet Trading is looking to employee cleaning Operator with the following education background and Experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
1.    Operate coffee cleaning machines and equipment according to operational procedures.
2.    Monitor the cleaning process to ensure coffee quality standards are essentials.
3.    Adjust machine setting according to coffee type quality requirements and production requirements
4.    Perform regular inspection of machines and report any operational problems. That includes break down or abnormalities during operations.
5.    Ensure proper feeding and checking of continuous flow of coffee during production
6.    Check and maintain the cleanliness of machineries and working areas
7.    Coordinate with team to minimize machine down time
8.    Report abnormal conditions, defects, or quality issue, machines problems during operations to warehouse manager.
9.    Perform other related duties assigned by the warehouse manager and senior supervisor.
Educational Background:-
Diploma from a recognized Technical college (TV.ET) in mechanics,  Industrial, Manufacturing or related fields preferred
Experience:-
Minimum 5 year of experience in coffee processing, cleaning, sorting or similar industrial operations
Experience in operating and maintaining   coffee cleaning equipment is an advantage
Required skills:-
Good knowledge of Mechanical equipment’s of the coffee cleaning
Ability to identify Machine problem and take corrective action
Good attention to coffee quality
Ability to work with team, feel responsibility and follow safety requirements
Having mechanical and Machine operations knowledge is important
