Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in designing, developing, and implementing software systems and applications.
Strong knowledge of systems planning, software management, and security best practices.
Good understanding of organizational goals and IT infrastructure requirements.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
Experience in storage and systems capacity management, maintenance, forecasting, and lifecycle planning.
Hands-on experience with configuration management tools.
Practical experience in VMware virtualization design, deployment, and administration.
Strong knowledge of SQL database administration and related tools.

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

BA/BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Ability to collect, organize, and analyze user research data to generate actionable design insights.
Experience supporting the development of user journey maps, personas, and other UX documentation.
Knowledge of user research methods, surveys, and usability testing.
Ability to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with the bank's branding standards.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to improve user experience and accessibility.
Experience assisting with usability testing, documenting findings, and incorporating user feedback into design improvements.
Ability to develop low-fidelity wireframes and support user flow visualization during the design process.
