Currently, Edomias International Plc is recruiting qualified candidates on behalf of its client for the following position.

Position: CCTV Camera / Control Room Operator

Job Summary

The CCTV Camera / Control Room Operator is responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, recording incidents, maintaining security operations, and ensuring the effective operation of CCTV equipment while supporting the organization's overall security activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate CCTV surveillance systems in accordance with company procedures.
• Record incidents, observations, and actions accurately and clearly.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of the control room and surveillance equipment.
• Report equipment failures or operational issues to management promptly.
• Respond professionally to telephone and radio communications.
• Coordinate with security personnel and staff regarding CCTV operations.
• Maintain surveillance records and evidence in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of recorded security information.

Educational Qualification

Applicants must have a Diploma or higher qualification in one of the following fields:

• Computer Science
• Information Technology (IT)
• Computer Engineering
• ICT
• Related fields

Experience

• 0–1 year of relevant work experience
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Data entry and report writing skills.
• Strong analytical and observation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to identify small details that others may overlook.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
