Hope Enterprise’s University College (HEUC) invites qualified and interested candidates to apply for the following vacant positions at its Lebu Campus, Addis Ababa. Opportunities are available for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.

Available Positions

1. Cashier

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Level IV and above in Accounting & Finance.

Experience

• Fresh graduates (0 years of experience) are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with higher academic qualifications or relevant educational backgrounds are highly preferred.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to prepare financial reports.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

2. Accountant

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Level IV and above in Accounting & Finance.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in a higher education institution is an advantage.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting Software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• High attention to detail.

3. TVET Trainer

Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a BA/BSc Degree in one of the following or related technical fields:

• Accounting & Finance
• Marketing
• Management
• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Other relevant technical disciplines based on departmental needs

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of verified teaching experience in a licensed TVET institution or equivalent technical industry experience.

Additional Requirements

• Valid Holistic Certificate of Competency (CoC) in the relevant field.
• Valid TVET Training Methodology (Trainer of Trainers - TM) Certificate authenticated by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Ministry of Labour and Skills (MoLS), or the relevant Regional TVET Bureau.
• Good understanding of Competency-Based Training (CBT), adult learning approaches, and session planning.

• Training and capacity-building skills.
