Work Location: Wosen, Addis Ababa

Position 1: Cashier

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting from a recognized institution.

Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. Experience in the healthcare or medical sector is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong numerical, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to process financial transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Position 2: Accountant

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience & Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Good understanding of Ethiopian tax laws and accounting principles.
  • Experience using accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Position 3: Senior Accountant

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or ACCA certification is an added advantage.

Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare or service sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Peachtree, QuickBooks, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
