Role description

ATS is looking for a dedicated, organized, and proactive
Canteen Coordinator
to join our Operations Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily canteen operations, ensuring high standards of food service, stock control, hygiene, and customer satisfaction while maintaining ATS operational standards.
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the canteen and food service facilities.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
Manage stock control, including stock ordering, stock counts, and minimizing variances and spoilage.
Supervise canteen staff and assist with staff scheduling and daily task allocation including roaster.
Coordinate petty cash records and ensure all supporting documentation is accurate.
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports as required.
Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations departments to support smooth site operations.
Assist in staff training and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Handle customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Degree or Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of
3 Years
' experience
in food service, catering, hospitality, or canteen operations.
Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Good communication skills and the ability to speak and understand English.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information.
Self-motivated, proactive, and customer service-oriented.
