Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Café Chef to prepare high-quality food, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working in a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality business
Key Responsibilities (10 Duties)
Prepare and cook café menu items according to recipes and standards.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Monitor food inventory and report shortages.
Store food items properly and safely.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Assist in menu planning and food costing.
Minimize food waste and control kitchen expenses.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Perform opening and closing kitchen duties.
Qualifications & Experience
Certificate/Diploma in Food Preparation, Hotel Management, or related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel kitchen.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Good communication skills.
