1. Building Administration Officer (Internal)
Job Summary:
This role ensures smooth day-to-day management of building facilities by supporting maintenance, tenant coordination, and overall property operations. It combines administration, facility supervision, and customer service duties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of assigned buildings and ensure they remain safe, clean, and fully functional
- Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance needs (preventive and corrective)
- Keep records of tenants, leases, occupancy, and rent payments
- Follow up on rent collection and lease renewals
- Handle tenant complaints and service requests
- Oversee building systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and related infrastructure
- Supervise contractors, cleaners, security teams, and other service providers
- Monitor utility usage and support cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements:
- BA in Facilities Management, Building Technology, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- 4 years of banking/MFI experience, including at least 2 years as a Junior Officer
2. Senior Contract Management Officer (Internal Only)
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle of the bank, ensuring agreements are legally compliant, well-structured, and beneficial to the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors, partners, landlords, and service providers
- Ensure contracts follow legal, regulatory, and internal policies
- Maintain a centralized contract database and track renewals and expirations
- Identify and reduce legal and financial risks in agreements
- Monitor vendor performance against contract terms and SLAs
- Handle contract negotiations and resolve disputes
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, and compliance teams
- Track deliverables, milestones, and payment schedules
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- 4–6 years of banking/MFI experience, including facility-related exposure
3. Senior Facility Officer (Internal Only)
Job Summary:
Oversees facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environments across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily facility operations and maintenance activities
- Ensure buildings and infrastructure remain safe and functional
- Organize preventive maintenance programs for equipment and systems
- Supervise service providers, contractors, and cleaning teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire regulations

4. Senior Fleet Officer (Internal Only)
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the bank’s vehicle fleet to ensure efficiency, safety, cost control, and operational reliability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily fleet operations and vehicle assignments
- Maintain vehicle records, usage logs, and performance data
- Schedule and monitor maintenance and servicing
- Control fuel usage and investigate irregular consumption
- Ensure vehicles meet legal requirements (licenses, insurance, inspections)
- Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with safety rules
- Conduct accident investigations and prepare reports

Requirements:
