Job Summary:
A Building Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient administrative operation of a building or facility while supporting property management, tenants, staff, and service providers. The role combines office administration, facilities coordination, and customer service.
Key Job & Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of assigned buildings and facilities.
Ensure buildings are maintained in a safe, clean, and functional condition.
Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain records of tenants, lease agreements, and occupancy status.
Monitor rent collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
Coordinate lease renewals and tenant onboarding/offboarding processes.
Address tenant concerns and service requests promptly.
Coordinate maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generator, and other building systems.
Supervise service providers, contractors, cleaners, and security personnel.
Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair works.
Monitor the performance of outsourced facility service providers.
Maintain records of building assets and equipment.
Monitor utility consumption and recommend cost-saving measures.
Verify utility bills and ensure timely processing of payments.
Support fixed asset inventory and verification exercises.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
BA Degree in Facilities Mgt, Building Technology, Construction Mgt, Business Administration or other business-related field.
4 years of Banking /MF experience, respectively, of which 2 years as a Junior Officer
