Position 1: Brand Manager – Buna Pen
Educational Qualification
- BA or MA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, brand management, or related areas.

- Channel and route-to-market management
- Sales promotion planning and execution

- Merchandising and category management
- Distributor and retailer relationship management
- Sales performance analysis and reporting
- Budget planning and trade marketing ROI evaluation
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Project management and organizational skills

- Experience with ERP systems and trade marketing analytics tools is an advantage
Position 4: General Accounts & Reporting Manager
Educational Qualification
- BA or MA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
Required Competencies
- Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP accounting standards
- Financial statement preparation and analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Tax compliance and statutory reporting
- General ledger management and account reconciliation
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
