Educational Qualification

• BA or MA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.

• Channel and route-to-market management

• Distributor and retailer relationship management
• Sales performance analysis and reporting

Position 4: General Accounts & Reporting Manager

Educational Qualification

• BA or MA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.

Required Competencies

• Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP accounting standards
• Financial statement preparation and analysis
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Tax compliance and statutory reporting
• General ledger management and account reconciliation
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
