Position 1: Branch Manager

Job Summary

ZamZam Bank is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, lead high-performing teams, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve business growth while ensuring compliance with the bank's operational standards.

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of banking operations experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Officer, Customer Service Manager, or Customer Service Supervisor in branch banking.

Position 2: Senior Banking Business Officer

Job Summary

The bank is seeking a qualified Senior Banking Business Officer to support branch operations, deliver excellent customer service, promote banking products, and contribute to business growth.

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of banking operations experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Branch Banking Officer.
