Available Positions
1. Branch Manager I
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 3 years in positions such as Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Operations Manager, or an equivalent role.
2. Financing Appraisal Officer III
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related fields.
Experience:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, financing assessment, or related financial roles.
3. Financing Follow-up & Portfolio Management Officer III
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related disciplines.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financing follow-up, credit analysis, portfolio management, or similar areas.
4. Management Trainee
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or related fields.
Experience:
At least 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role within sales, customer relationship management, marketing, finance, business operations, or related sectors.
Age Requirement:
Applicants should not be above 35 years of age.
5. File Clerk
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or TVET Level IV qualification in Office Management, Records Management, Secretarial Science, Document Management, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in filing, records management, office administration, document control, or clerical support activities.
