Educational Qualification

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:

• Accounting
• Economics
• Management
• Business Administration
• Banking and Finance
• Or another closely related discipline

Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of banking experience
• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Branch Manager (CSM), Relationship Manager (RM), Basic Branch Manager, or in another equivalent supervisory position

• Leadership and financial management capabilities
• Ability to effectively manage branch operations and achieve business objectives
