Position 1: Branch Manager
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or another related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of six (6) years of banking operations experience.
- IFB (Interest-Free Banking) certification is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead branch operations to ensure excellent customer service and business growth.
- Develop and implement customer service improvement plans.
- Coordinate loan and foreign currency request processing.
- Ensure efficient branch performance and resource utilization.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor branch financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Support local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Supervise branch employees and promote high service standards.

Position 2: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of banking experience.
- IFB certification is considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee branch cash operations and vault management.
- Authorize customer transactions and ensure operational accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports and reconcile branch accounts.
- Manage vault cash, payment instruments, and cheque books.
- Supervise cash movement between vaults and customer service officers.
- Monitor daily cash balances and ensure compliance with banking procedures.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant banking experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Supervise Customer Service Officers and coordinate daily activities.
- Ensure branch transactions are completed according to bank policies.
- Manage vault cash and maintain accurate balances.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Support branch operations and maintain compliance with banking procedures.

Qualification

- Assist customers with banking products and services.
- Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other banking transactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate complex cases when necessary.
