Position 1: Branch Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or other related business fields.
OR - Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or related business fields with 8–10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Required Competencies and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial resource management.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate employees.
- Experience using financial software and data analysis tools.
- Good decision-making and critical thinking skills.
Position 2: Branch Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other related business fields.
OR - Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields with 7–9 years of relevant work experience.
Required Competencies and Skills:
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial management practices.
- Good knowledge of company financial policies and procedures.
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer application skills.
- Strong financial management capability.
