Position 1: Branch Manager

Required Qualification and Experience

Educational Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or other related business fields.
  OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or related business fields with 8–10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Required Competencies and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial resource management.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate employees.
• Experience using financial software and data analysis tools.
• Good decision-making and critical thinking skills.

Position 2: Branch Manager

Required Qualification and Experience

Educational Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other related business fields.
  OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields with 7–9 years of relevant work experience.

Required Competencies and Skills:

• Strong understanding of business operations and financial management practices.
• Good knowledge of company financial policies and procedures.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer application skills.
• Strong financial management capability.
